Our products provide customers the opportunity to customize and resell items in accordance with our outlined terms and conditions of use as described below. By purchasing one of our templates, customers agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the agreement; failure to comply will result in a DMCA take down notice.

1. Templates (including all textures, mesh materials, photoshop files or DAE files) are for the sole use of the original purchasing avatar and MAY NOT be shared, gifted, or otherwise distributed to alts, partners, or any other individual as full permission.
2. Templates (including all textures, mesh materials, photoshop files or DAE files) MAY NOT be resold as Full Permission.
3. Templates (including all textures, mesh materials, photoshop files or DAE files) are for use within Second Life ONLY.
4. Clothing made using our templates (including all textures, mesh materials, photoshop files or DAE files) MAY NOT be sold, gifted, or otherwise distributed as Full Permission.
5. Clothing made using our Templates (including all textures, mesh materials, photoshop files or DAE files) must adhere to one of the following permission options:
   • Copy/No Transfer
   • No Copy/Transfer

That’s why we offer our Semi-Exclusive Guarantee: with us, you can be sure that no more than 15 copies of any template will ever be made available within Second Life. This means that you won’t have to worry about oversaturation in the market — allowing your products to remain unique and special.
