Creators Guide

We’ve created clear guidelines to help you understand the event and know what’s expected. Please review them before joining, and if you have any questions, our management team is available through the Support Portal.

Your Commitment to Our Guidelines

By participating in the Secret Sale event, you agree to follow the rules as outlined in our creator guide. Please review the information provided before joining.

Creator Conduct

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Harassment or bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any in-fighting between creators may result in all parties being removed from our events.
Respect for Staff and Customers: We do not tolerate the harassment of our staff or customers. As a participant, you are a reflection of BellaTECH, and we expect all creators to uphold proper behavior.
Compliance with Linden Labs TOS and Community Guidelines: All creators must respect and adhere to Linden Labs’ Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property: Respect for intellectual property is required. Any violation of IP rights may result in removal from our events.

Event Schedule

The event runs every week from Saturday to Monday, offering creators a reliable platform with consistent weekend marketing traffic.

Setup Dates: You can easily check our Calendar to stay on track with the event schedule.
Setup Times: All setup start and deadline times are at 9 AM SLT (9 AM PST/12 PM EST/5 PM GMT).
Early Setup: If you need to set up early, we are happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please reach out in advance to make arrangements.
Deadlines and Refunds: We strictly enforce all deadlines. Please ensure you’re ready on time, as we cannot offer refunds if the deadline is missed.

Item Requirements

Maximum Items: You may advertise a maximum of 8 items through the Secret Sale each week.
Permissions: Secret Sale items must be Yes Copy/No Transfer, unless using a NextUP Vendor.
Frequency: Items should not be repeated more than once every 2 months.
Pricing: Items listed for the event must have a regular sales price of L$150 or higher.
Content Guidelines: XXX or pornographic content is prohibited. Adult furniture is allowed, but no explicit sex acts or genitalia should be shown in images.

Image Rules

Image Dimensions: Ensure all images are square to be properly displayed on the blog.
Content Guidelines: XXX or pornographic material, including any depictions of genitalia or explicit sex acts, is strictly prohibited.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Creators to stay informed about any changes by regularly reviewing the covenant.

Setting Up For The Event

Rez the Secret Sale Vendors:
- - Rez the provided Secret Sale Vendors in your shop.
  - Only our vendors are allowed for the event.
- Position Your Vendors:
  - Place the vendors in the desired locations inside your shop.
  - Add your items to the vendors.
- Set the Price:
  - Touch each vendor to set the price for your items.
- Rez the Landing Pad:
  - Place the landing pad on the ground in front of your vendors.
  - The landing pad must be placed directly in front of the vendors; otherwise, you will not be listed in the HUD.
- Load Ad Images:
  - Add your ad images to the landing pad’s object contents.
- Submit to the HUD:
  - Touch the landing pad to submit your images to the HUD.
  - This will automatically sync your listing to the HUD—no need to email or manually submit image
