Permissions
All gacha items must be No Copy / Yes Transfer.
All fatpack items must be Yes Copy / No Transfer.

Exclusivity
Gachas must be new and remain exclusive to the event for the duration of that round.
Items may not be sold anywhere else, including in your store or on Marketplace, before or during the event.
Once the event ends, you are free to sell your gachas and fatpacks wherever you choose.
To preserve the value and excitement of the gacha experience, we ask that TOA items not be included in fatpacks.
These limited edition rewards are meant to encourage and celebrate gacha play during the event.
Recolors and reworks of previous items are welcome as long as they are clearly distinguishable from the original.

Packaging
Each prize must be boxed with the ad image included inside.

Item Naming
All prizes must be named to match the ad image clearly. This helps players recognize the items they receive and confirms that everything shown is inside the machine.

Required Format:
ITEM NUMBER - ITEM NAME - SET NAME - BRAND
Example: 01 Fairy Wings - Enchanted Forest - YourBrand

If the item is rare, you must also include the word RARE at the end of the item name.
Example: 02 Crystal Antlers - Enchanted Forest - YourBrand RARE

Rarity Balance
Each set must include at least 1 rare per 10 commons.
You may include more, but not less.
We recommend 1 to 2 rares per 10 to keep things exciting.

Rare Labeling
Ultra-rare items are not allowed. All rare items must be clearly labeled with RARE in the name, as noted above.

Content Rules
No pornographic content. Adult items are allowed, but ads must not show sex acts or genitalia.

The Treasure of Avalon item must be No Copy / Yes Transfer.

🔹 Availability
Each gacha set must include one TOA. It is gifted automatically after 20 pulls.

🔹 Exclusivity
The TOA must be permanently retired after the event ends. It cannot be resold, given away, or repackaged in any way after the event.

🔹 Naming
TOA items must include “TOA” at the end of the item name to make them easy to identify.

Required Format:
ITEM NAME - SET NAME - BRAND TOA
Example: Fairy Wings - Enchanted Forest - YourBrand TOA

This helps shoppers recognize they are receiving the Seed of Inspiration and prevents confusion with regular prizes.

🔹 Two Required Ads
You must submit two square images per set:
– One for your gacha items
– One for your Treasure of Avalon (TOA) item.
The TOA must not appear on the main gacha ad, since it retires after the event.

🔹 Item Labeling
All items in your gacha ad must be clearly labeled so players can easily identify what they receive.

🔹 Image Format
All ad images must be perfectly square (example: 2048×2048) to display properly on the blog.

🔹 Content Restrictions
No explicit adult content. Ads may not include visible genitalia or sexual acts.

When setup opens, all accepted creators will receive a landmark to the event setup area. There, you can pick up your setup kit and begin preparing your machine.

Sponsor Circle

When you arrive, you’ll enter the Sponsor Circle first.
This area is reserved only for sponsors and is not open to general participants.

Creator Circle

Outside the Sponsor Circle is the Creator Circle, where general creator machines are located.

• Spots are first come, first serve

• The earlier you set up, the closer your machine can be to the entrance

• Do not claim a machine until you are fully ready to set up

Claiming Your Machine

1. Right-click your selected machine and buy it for L$0

2. A pop-up will appear asking you to grant debit permissions

3. If the pop-up doesn’t appear or is declined, reset the machine’s scripts to try again

Loading Your Items

• Add all common and rare items to the root prim of the machine

• Add your Treasure of Avalon (TOA) item to the TOA Board prim

Testing & Final Setup

1. Touch the machine and select “TestPerms” from the menu
   – Make sure all items have the correct permissions

2. When ready, click “Setup”

3. Set your price per play and your rare chance
   – Minimum rare chance is 5%
   – We recommend 10% for better player experience

BlogSync Pad

1. Rez the BlogSync Pad (included in your kit) in front of your machine

2. Add your gacha and TOA ad images to the pad

3. Click the pad to send your image to the blog

4. If you have multiple machines, use one pad per machine

Activation

Machines will remain inactive until a staff member has tested and activated them.
