NextUP Event

The successor to the gacha events of the past NextUP offers shoppers collectible sets to trade, gift or keep all for themselves! The event runs from the 7th to the last day of every month except for October and December when our holiday events run.

Setup Guide

BRAND REQUIREMENTS

  • All Creators are welcomed to apply; original mesh is not required to participate in the Secret Sale. Our selection is made based on the quality and creativity of a Creator’s items and the quality of their ad images. We also take into consideration how well similar products have performed at past events.
  • Creators wishing to participate in the Secret Sale MUST be able to meet strict deadlines and follow all instructions provided. Participants who regularly fail to meet deadlines or the event requirements as described below will be not be invited back.

ITEM REQUIREMENTS

  • NextUP items MUST BE NO Copy/ YES Transfer.
  • Fatpack items MUST BE Yes Copy/ No Transfer
  • Items MUST BE new release; we do not allow recycled items.
  • Items released at the event MUST REMAIN EXCLUSIVE until the round has ended.
  • Items MUST BE boxed and have both the item and ad image included in the packaging.
  • Individual vendors for seperate body types are not available at the event. Please ensure all body types are packaged together.
  • Items MAY NOT be XXX or pornographic in nature. Furniture that features adult animations is permitted however no genitalia or sex acts should be shown on any images submitted.

NAMING REQUIREMENTS

  • Items MUST BE boxed for the event and be named EXACTLY as follows:
    ITEM NUMBER – STORE NAME – SET NAME – ITEM NAME
    Example: 01. Fanshii – Slumber Party – TV Table RARE
    Example: 02. Fanshii – Slumber Party – Beanbag Chair Lavender
  • Items that you would like to class as rare should have RARE added to the end of their name. We do not allow ultra-rare items at the event.
  • Item names MUST BE 48 characters or less including spaces.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Images MUST be clearly labeled with a number assigned to each item. The number assigned should be the same assigned to the item during the boxing process.
  • Images MUST be submitted in PNG or JPG format. We cannot use TGA format photos as they are not browser compatible.
  • Images MUST be sent in at 1024 x 1024; any images not sent in at these dimensions will be auto-reformatted and compressed. Quality of the image may be decreased during this process so please be sure to submit the appropriate dimensions.
  • Images MAY NOT be XXX or pornographic in nature; no genitalia or sex acts should be shown on any images submitted.

BOOTH SETUP

  • NO model bots as they take up room and prevent actual shoppers from entering the region during busy periods.
  • Demo buttons are permitted however NO other decor, displays, logos, LM givers, or other add ons. Booths must be kept as is. 
  • Creators may ONLY add their images to the vendors no other changes are permitted. This includes resizing or reshaping in anyway. 

BLOGGER PACKS

  • Blogger packs are a REQUIRED part of setup.
  • Blogger pack items MUST BE Yes Copy/ No Transfer

Application Process

  • NextUP Event applications open on the 1st of each month and end on the 4th
  • Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee that someone will receive a place at the event. The application form is simply a way of registering your interest in the event. 
  • Applications are reviewed by Management on the 5th of every month. Each application is processed in the order in which it was received.
  • Returning Creators are selected based on the variety, creativity and quality of items previously listed with the event as well as their past popularity with our customer base.
  • New Creators are selected based on the creativity and quality of their example items and the quality of their ad images. We also take into consideration how well similar products have performed at past events.
  • On the 6th of each month the new roster will be released on the website and participating Creators will receive a notecard from management letting them know they have been selected.
  • Once the roster has been released participating Creators will be expected to pay their participation fees in the NexUP Payment room before 11:59pm SLT on the 10th. Failure to pay the participation fees by the deadline means forfeiting your dates and they will be assigned to someone on our waiting list.
